Our Inn has a very nice meeting room with seating the can handle up to 35 guests. With elegant furnishings and large leather chairs, this space not only perfect for a training session or an office retreat, but can be utilized for baby showers, wedding showers or children’s birthday parties. When combined with our ability to provide food service from the Wanagan Grille, this is a great place to have an all in one solution to your needs.

With the meeting room located just off our lobby it is convenient if you are coming in for a one day training session or if you are staying with us for a multi-day conference. Whiteboards, computer projectors, wireless internet, large screen monitors….we have all your AV needs to assist if needed. Beyond the Meeting room at the Inn, we also have the ability to host your event in a couple other locations.
Seasonally we will host a larger group in out Grille or in our Special Events Tent. Both of these other locations offer unique attributes. The Grille allows for extremely convenient food service and also has both large video screens as well as wireless internet. Many companies have preferred this option for training sessions or open houses that have attendee count of 50-75 people. The Special Events Tent becomes your outdoor location for unique meetings that can be casual or elegant. Located just outside our clubhouse, with seating capacity near 200, the Special Events Tent can be utilized for open houses or unique vendor functions with plenty of space for your guests and for display.
